Hi. I'm Bev Dwane.

I've been empowering women to look and feel their best for over 20 years - and there's absolutely nothing I'd rather be doing. I'm so lucky to be working with such fabulous women!

The feeling I get when my clients look in the mirror, their eyes go wide, and they exclaim, "Oh, yes!" is indescribable.

I understand completely, because it's the same "aha" moment I had when I was first beginning to understand color and design.

As a teenager and young adult, I loved to sew - and I was never happy with how I looked. I could picture the finished outfit, but no matter how much I worked to improve my sewing skills, the result was never what I'd envisioned.

It wasn't until I was introduced to the concept of body shapes that the light went on. Of course I knew my body was different from the models in the pattern books. And I knew exactly how to adapt the patterns to fit perfectly. But no matter how good I got at making adjustments, it couldn't solve the problem if the silhouette, colors, and textures I was starting with weren't suitable for me.

That was the first big step of my journey, and I've enjoyed every moment along the way.

I've studied with most of the world's top image consultants, including many who studied with Suzanne Caygill, the originator of color analysis. I've been a Master Trainer for the London Image Institute. I've had the privilege of being invited by many of the industry's leading trainers to collaborate with them in delivering their training programs. I love the teaching and education aspect of my work, and I'm told I have a flair for making complex concepts easy and accessible.

Color and makeup have been especially intriguing to me, so I've created my own line of makeup and skin care, which is used by color consultants around the world.

I love what I do, and I love the fantastic women who are my clients. It's hard for me to tear myself away from my work, especially since it never feels like "work"! When I do step away for a moment, it's usually to take walks with my husband on the beautiful beaches of North Carolina.

He and I moved from Canada to North Carolina in 1996, and are now proud citizens of the United States. Our families are scattered throughout Canada and the United States, and we enjoy our frequent trips to visit them.

Wherever I go, I love to see how fashion and style are being interpreted by women around the world. It's more than just my work... it's my passion!
